NCURA Awards

NCURA's Nominating and Leadership Development Committee (NLDC) is responsible for the following distinguished and notable annual awards and for submitting to the Secretary the slate of officers and Board Members for annual elections. The National Conference Travel Award

This program supports travel for up to two individuals to attend the Annual Meeting who would financially not otherwise be able to attend these conferences.

The Catherine Taylor-Core Minority Travel Award

This program supports travel to the NCURA annual meeting for up to four individuals from underrepresented groups who would not otherwise be able to attend this conference.

The Julia Jacobsen Distinguished Service Award

This award is given to up to five individuals who have made significant contributions to NCURA.

The Joseph F. Carrabino Award

This award is presented to a current, or former, federal employee who has made a significant contribution to research administration, either through a single project, innovation, activity, or by a lifetime of service.
