Conference & Workshop Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Credit card registration is available exclusively online. Credit card payments will not be accepted via email, telephone, or fax.
The option to pay online with a bank account is now available!
In addition to credit card payments and bank transfers, NCURA accepts check payments for conference registrations. Please complete the Check Registration Form and mail it, along with your check made payable to: National Council of University Research Administrators PO Box 98396 Washington, DC 20090-8300
If you mail in a check and registration form and do not receive a confirmation email by July 12, 2026, please contact the NCURA office, (202) 466-3894, Info@ncura.edu to ensure your registration has been processed while we await the check.

By registering for the 68th Annual Meeting and its associated events, you agree to allow NCURA to use your photo and/or video footage of you in NCURA related publications, materials, websites, or promotions.
Audio/video recording, capturing, photographing, broadcasting or using AI tools to duplicate, transcribe, or otherwise reproduce an NCURA program in any form is strictly prohibited. In addition, the unauthorized copying, sharing or distribution of NCURA copyrighted electronic materials is also prohibited.
