Bulk Registration Questions

Groups receive a discount off of the NCURA registration rate when purchasing a 5 or 10 registrant package.

Once you checkout and pay for your bulk package, a button will appear at the top of your screen. Once you click the “Assign Registration Spots” Button, you will then be directed to the Bulk Registration Assignment site where you can assign your 5 or 10 registration spots. When you select a registrant, a pop-up window will appear with the available conference workshops. Once you select all registrants and before adding them to your cart, please select "edit" next to each of their names in order to answer the required fields.

Only one bulk package is available per NCURA account. If your institution would like additional bulk packages, then you can do so by purchasing it under another colleague’s name. This can be done through our online registration system by selecting "register as someone else". No member account login information is required to register as a colleague. Note: Bulk packages include NCURA memberships for each registrant so anyone (Member or Nonmember) can register at the same discounted bulk rate!

You can do so in a few easy steps! Note: The below steps are for individuals who already registered here and purchased a bulk package.

  1. Log-in to the NCURA website using your ID (your e-mail address) and password.
  2. Click on “My Dashboard” at the top of the screen.
  3. Select “Assign Bulk Package Registrants” from the “Events” section.
  4. Follow the steps provided within this window.
