Yes, you must be a current NCURA member in order to attend our Annual Meeting of the Membership. If you are not eligible for membership or need assistance, please contact Emily Ainsworth, (202) 466-3894, ainsworth@ncura.edu.

Daily registration is not available for our national conferences. Each person planning to attend must purchase their own full conference registration.

Absolutely! We are happy to switch your registration, if the workshop is not at capacity. Please contact NCURA, (202) 466-3894, info@ncura.edu.

  1. Log in to the NCURA website using your ID and password. Your NCURA ID is the email you used to register a NCURA account.
  2. Go to "My Dashboard" at the top of the screen.
  3. Select "My Event Registrations" from the "Events" sections. Click "Edit" for the event registration you wish to modify.
  4. You will need to submit a credit card for payment at the time of the transaction.

Yes, full registration to the 68th Annual Meeting is required in order to register for a pre-conference workshop.

Yes, onsite registration will be available starting Saturday, August 1st at the Hilton Midtown. If you have questions, please contact NCURA, (202) 466-3894, info@ncura.edu.

Certainly and there is no administrative fee to do so; just send your request to NCURA, info@ncura.edu in order to transfer your registration to another individual. Please note that there may be a price difference in registration.

Yes! You can log in to the NCURA website at www.ncura.edu using your email and password. Then, go to the registration page for the 68th Annual Meeting. Following this, you will select "Register Now" and then "I'm Registering Someone Else". From here you can search for your colleague, select them, and proceed with their registration.

Simply join here prior to registering for the conference to receive the $140 dues rate, then process your registration after.

Yes, Groups receive a discount off of the NCURA Annual meeting registration rate and the one-year membership for each bulk package attendee. If an attendee of a bulk package is already a NCURA member, their membership will be extended one year.

 

 

Bulk Registration Questions

 

Groups receive a discount off of the NCURA registration rate and membership dues when purchasing a 5 or 10 registrant package.

Once you checkout and pay for your bulk package, a button will appear at the top of your screen. Once you click the “Assign Registration Spots” Button, you will then be directed to the Bulk Registration Assignment site where you can assign your 5 or 10 registration spots. When you select a registrant, a pop-up window will appear with the available conference workshops. Once you select all registrants and before adding them to your cart, please select "edit" next to each of their names in order to answer the required fields.

Only one bulk package is available per NCURA account. If your institution would like additional bulk packages, then you can do so by purchasing it under another colleague's name. This can be done through our online registration system by selecting "register as someone else". No member account login information is required to register as a colleague. Note: Bulk packages include NCURA memberships for each registrant so anyone (Member or Non-Member) can register at the same discounted bulk rate!

You can do so in a few easy steps! Note: The below steps are for individuals who already registered here and purchased a bulk package.

  1. Log in to the NCURA website using your ID (your e-mail address) and password.
  2. Click on “My Dashboard” at the top of the screen.
  3. Select “Assign Bulk Package Registrants” from the “Events” section.
  4. Follow the steps provided within this window.

In addition, the unauthorized copying, sharing or distribution of NCURA copyrighted electronic materials is also prohibited. NCURA App FAQs

 

Search “NCURA” in your App Store. Available for iOS and Android.

1 week before the conference. You will receive a "What to Know Before You Go" email blast from NCURA.

All room locations and handouts we have received for the conference sessions will be in the app.

Room locations and handouts for workshops will be sent directly to you from NCURA 1 week before the conference. They will not be in the app or online program.

On an iPhone, the bottom of the home screen, select "Events" and browse to the Annual Meeting Conference.
On Android phones, open the menu drop down at the top of the screen and select "Events".
The NCURA App also has a web version, to access the NCURA App and download your handouts directly to your computer or tablet, please visit https://ncura.clowder.com/webapp/. Your login is the same as your NCURA login.

To create your conference schedule, click the calendar icon next to the session title and choose "add session," "add to phone calendar," or both! Once you add your session(s), it will appear in your "scheduled" sessions list. The "scheduled" button is located at the top of the agenda page, along with "date," "past sessions," "tracks," etc. (you may have to scroll to see the "scheduled" button.)

Yes! When you are in the event on the app, click on "Messages" on the bottom of the screen, "Direct" will be highlighted on the top of the screen, click the "+" to start a message and you can choose who you want to send the message to! If you choose "Group" on the top of the screen you can start a group chat.

When you are in the event on the app, you can choose "All" "Date", or "Track" to view the sessions in the way that is most convenient to you!

When you are in the event section of the app, across the top the default is "All". Scroll to the right to choose "Past" to see your past events.
