Cancellation Policy

Cancellations requested by July 5, 2024: Full refund of in-person conference registration fee minus $50 administrative fee, or a full future credit to be applied to an upcoming National program. For the full future credit, the registrant must notify NCURA which National Program they choose to use their full future credit for by August 31, 2025, or the credit expires.

Cancellations requested between July 6, 2024 - July 19, 2024: 50% future credit less $50 administrative fee to be applied to an upcoming National program. For the partial future credit, the registrant must notify NCURA which National Program they choose to use their full future credit for by August 31, 2025, or the credit expires. Please contact NCURA for cancellation request.

Cancellations requested after July 19, 2024 are non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel your registration prior to July 5, 2024, you may do so online via your NCURA account by following the below steps:

1. Log into your NCURA account.
2. Click your name or My Dashboard at the top right of the screen.
3. Scroll to Events and click My Event Registrations.
4. Locate the event registration you wish to cancel and click Edit.
5. Click cancel registration and then click OK. 

• Full Bulk Package Cancellations can be made online or in writing and must be received to the NCURA office according to the above Cancellation Schedule. Fax and telephone cancellation requests cannot be accepted. A $50 administrative fee per Bulk Participant/Registrant will be assessed for full bulk package cancellations.
• Partial Refund: If a partial refund for your bulk package is requested due to decrease in registrants from your institution, it must be received by the above Cancellation Schedule. Partial refund requests for bulk packages will assess a $50 administrative fee per Bulk Participant/Registrant, as well as an additional fee for any price differences from ineligibility of the special bulk rate.
• Partial Refund Example: If you purchased a bulk package for 5 registrations and request a cancellation for 1 registration included in your package, your refund amount will be deducted any additional registration fees you would have assessed if you purchased 4 individual registrations.

Participants unable to attend may transfer their registration to another individual with prior notice to NCURA. For a registration transfer, please contact our Annual Meeting Hotline, (202) 466-5417 or MeetingsSupport@ncura.edu.

To cancel or modify a Conference Workshop, please contact Shameka Robinson, robinson@ncura.edu. for further instructions. A $25 fee will be assessed per Conference Workshop cancellation.
