And while it may be tempting to “forget” your sneakers, remember: a little activity in NYC can give you the energy and stamina to enjoy the full days (and the full city) ahead. Think of it as your New York reset—walkable, doable, and designed to keep you feeling your best.
In fact, studies suggest that business travelers who exercise while traveling can improve reaction time and alertness (often cited up to 61%). Exercise can also help support immune defenses, boost mood through endorphins, and improve sleep—especially helpful when you’re running on conference time.
