Conference and Pre-Conference Workshop Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy and Schedule:

Cancellations requested by July 28, 2021: Full refund of in-person conference registration fee minus $50 administrative fee.

Cancellations requested between July 29, 2021 - August 24, 2021:50% refund of in-person conference registration fee or transfer full in-person conference fee to the 2021 virtual annual meeting with difference refunded. Please contact NCURA for cancellation request.

Cancellations requested between August 25, 2021 - August 29, 2021: Partial 40% future credit of in-person conference registration fee for use with any NCURA program valid through August 30, 2022. Please contact NCURA for cancellation request.


Bulk Package Cancellation Policy

Full Bulk Package cancellations can be made online or in writing and must be received to the NCURA office according to the above Cancellation Schedule. Fax and telephone cancellation requests cannot be accepted. An administrative fee of $50 will be assessed for full bulk package cancellations. If a partial refund for your bulk package is requested due to decrease in registrants from your institution, it must be received by the above Cancellation Schedule. Partial refund requests for bulk packages will assess a $50 administrative fee/registration, as well as an additional fee for any price differences from ineligibility of the special bulk rate. For example: If you purchased a bulk package for 5 registrations and request a cancellation for 1 registration included in your package, your refund amount will be deducted any additional registration fees you would have assessed if you purchased 4 individual registrations.


Conference Workshop Cancellation Policy

To cancel or modify a conference workshop, please contact NCURA for further instructions. A $25 fee will be assessed per conference workshop cancellation. Please see the above cancellation schedule for refund policy. Questions? Contact Krystal Kirkland at kirkland@ncura.edu.


Substitution/Transfer Policy

Participants unable to attend may transfer their registration to another individual with prior notice to NCURA. For a registration transfer, please contact Krystal Kirkland, kirkland@ncura.edu. Transfer requests are to be received by August 19, 2021. Onsite transfer of registration is not available for this year's Annual Meeting.
