Have you attended the FRA Conference? We need you! We would like to have 30 volunteers to each call and welcome 10 new members/first time attendees of the 2024 FRA Conference! This volunteer opportunity is for those individuals who have attended the FRA or PRA Conference previously. What does this entail? Calling 10 new members/first time attendees in January and February to help answer their questions and share your knowledge of the conference, along with a follow-up call after the conference to check in about their experience.

What did you think of that last session? Which one was the most helpful? Tell us what you thought about the concurrent sessions of this year's FRA Conference! We are always striving to improve the content of our meetings and would love to hear your thoughts and suggestions. Download the evaluation questionnaire and email it to us at king@ncura.edu.

Meet fellow participants by helping them navigate their way through the conference. Help NCURA help others find their way by directing participants to their proper session room. You will be equipped with a hotel map and a “May I Help You Find Your Meeting Room” sign. There will be 2 volunteers per station helping people find their meeting room during the times before session start times.

Help fellow participants stay active during FRA. Lead a Group Walk! The Group walk will be Monday March 18th, 2024 with meet up at 6:00 am in the Hilton Hawaiian Village Lobby.

Tech Team members play a key role in ensuring the success of the FRA Conference. The team provides technical support for conference sessions by setting up laptops and projectors at the beginning of the day and breaking down after the day's last session. As a member of this critical team, you will receive a 50% rebate off your conference registration fee. New for this year's FRA Conference the rebate discount will be credited after the conference. To volunteer for this opportunity please follow the steps below!

1. Register for the Financial Research Administration Conference 

 2. Apply for the volunteer opportunity through our Collaborate Volunteer Central site 

 3. Confirmation of volunteer opportunity and logistics will be sent to you via email 

 4. 50% rebate credit will be given back after the FRA Conference has concluded. Please expect 2-3 weeks for the refund to be credited back to the payment type used to purchase the registration.

NCURA Cares, help us make our impact on the island of Oahu in Honolulu, Hawaii. Helps local shelters by creating hygiene kits for the homeless. By donating one night's worth of hotel shower toiletries, participants help provide necessities for a clean shower and hygiene kits to those in need. NCURA Volunteers will be collecting these hygiene kits throughout the conference so that we can bring them to a shelter in Honolulu, Hawaii at the end of the conference. We need Volunteers to help donate their items from their hotel and spread the word during the conference!

Continue conversations and make new connections while enjoying a meal with your colleagues. Volunteer to lead a dinner group to a local restaurant in Honolulu, Hawaii. NCURA staff will provide sign-up sheets and restaurant information.
