Have you attended the FRA Conference? We need you! We would like to have 30 volunteers to each email and welcome 15 new members/first time attendees of the 2025 FRA Conference! This volunteer opportunity is for those individuals who have attended the FRA or PRA Conference previously. What does this entail? Emailing 15 new members/first time attendees in January - February to help answer their questions and share your knowledge of the conference, and your experiences.

What did you think of that last session? Which one was the most helpful? Tell us what you thought about the concurrent sessions of this year's FRA Conference! We are always striving to improve the content of our meetings and would love to hear your thoughts and suggestions. Download the evaluation questionnaire, and email it to us at king@ncura.edu.

Meet fellow participants by helping them navigate their way through the conference. Help NCURA help others find their way by directing participants to their proper session room. You will be equipped with a hotel map and a “May I Help You Find Your Meeting Room” sign. There will be 2 volunteers per station helping people find their meeting room during the times before session start times.

Help fellow participants stay active during the FRA conference and lead a group walk/run! The group walk/run will be Monday, March 17th, 2025 with meet up at 6:00 am in the hotel lobby.

Tech Team members play a key role in ensuring the success of the FRA Conference. The team provides technical support for conference sessions by setting up laptops and projectors at the beginning of the day and breaking down after the day's last session. As a member of this critical team, you will receive a 50% rebate off your conference registration fee. For the FRA Conference the rebate discount will be credited after the conference has concluded. To volunteer for this opportunity please follow the steps below!

 2. Apply for the volunteer opportunity through our Collaborate Volunteer Central site 

 3. Confirmation of volunteer opportunity and logistics will be sent to you via email 

 4. 50% rebate will be refunded after the FRA Conference has concluded. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to be reflected back to the method of payment used to purchase the registration.

Bring your projector(s) for use in the meeting rooms throughout each day and receive a 50% rebate off your conference registration fee. Projectors will be dropped off and collected from March 16th – March 19, 2025 and should be picked up after the last day's session on March 19, 2025. Projectors must have at least 2500 lumens to ensure they work properly in large rooms, projectors with HDMI ports are highly encouraged. With the high interest of this opportunity we are allowing 1 projector donation per person. We appreciate your help to make the FRA/PRA Conferences great!

NCURA Cares, help us make our impact at our conferences. Help local shelters by creating hygiene kits for the homeless. By donating one night's worth of hotel shower toiletries, participants help provide necessities for a clean shower and hygiene kits to those in need. NCURA Volunteers will be collecting these hygiene kits throughout the conference so that we can bring them to a shelter at the end of our conference. We need Volunteers to help donate their items from their hotel and spread the word during the conference!
