International Travel & Visa Information

Travel Requirements
Before registering for the Financial Research Administration Conference or booking travel, please consult the latest guidance from:
US Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC)
US Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs.

These sites will provide information on travel policies and requirements based on your origin of travel.

Visa Requirements

If you require a visa to travel to the United States, apply as early as possible. For official U.S. Government information on short-term travel and participation in meetings, please refer to the U.S. Department of State's guidance on Temporary Visas.

NCURA cannot advise on visa eligibility, cannot contact embassies, and cannot influence visa decisions.

Invitation Letters

Invitation letters are issued only after your registration and payment have been completed. Letters will be sent by email.

To request an invitation letter, please email: Global@ncura.edu

Please include the following information in your request (as applicable):

  • Full name (as written in passport)
  • Title (Dr., Professor, Mr., Mrs., Ms., etc.)
  • Job Title
  • Organization
  • Full mailing address
  • Email Address
  • Telephone Number
  • Date of birth (optional)
  • Additional information such as if you are presenting at the Conference.

Please note: NCURA cannot provide visa letters for spouses or guests.
