Conference & Workshop Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Confirmation Policy

All participants will receive confirmation of their registration via email.

Conference Cancellation Policy

Cancellations requested by January 22, 2026: Full refund of conference registration fee minus $75 administrative fee, or full future credit to be used by August 31, 2027.

Cancellations requested between January 23 - February 19, 2026: 50% future credit less $75 administrative fee to be applied to an upcoming National program. For the partial future credit, the registrant must notify NCURA which National Program they choose to use their full future credit for by August 31, 2027, or the credit expires.

Cancellations requested after February 19, 2026 are non-refundable.

Bulk Package Cancellation Policy

Full Bulk Package cancellations must be made online or in writing and must be received to the NCURA office according to the above Cancellation Schedule. Fax and telephone cancellation requests cannot be accepted. An administrative fee of $75 will be assessed for full bulk package cancellations. If a partial refund for your bulk package is requested due to decrease in registrants from your institution, it must be received by the above Cancellation Schedule. Partial refund requests for bulk packages will assess a $75 administrative fee/registration, as well as an additional fee for any price differences from ineligibility of the special bulk rate. For example: If you purchased a bulk package for 5 registrations and request a cancellation for 1 registration included in your package, your refund amount will be deducted any additional registration fees you would have assessed if you purchased 4 individual registrations.

Conference Workshop Cancellation Policy

To cancel or modify a conference workshop, please contact NCURA for further instructions. A $35 fee will be assessed per conference workshop cancellation. Please see the above cancellation schedule for refund policy. Questions? Contact the NCURA office, (202)466-3894 or info@ncura.edu.

Substitution/Transfer Policy

Participants unable to attend may transfer their registration to another individual with prior notice to NCURA. For a registration transfer, please contact the NCURA office, (202)466-3894 or info@ncura.edu. Transfer requests are to be received by February 19, 2026.

Recording and Copying of Presentations is Strictly Prohibited

Audio/video recording, capturing, photographing, broadcasting or using AI tools to duplicate, transcribe, or otherwise reproduce an NCURA program in any form is strictly prohibited. In addition, the unauthorized copying, sharing or distribution of NCURA copyrighted electronic materials is also prohibited. Thank you for your cooperation as NCURA provides this training opportunity.

Photography

By registering for the 2026 FRA Conference and its associated events, you agree to allow NCURA to use your photo and/or video footage of you in NCURA related publications, materials, websites, or promotions.
