Conference & Workshop Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Confirmation Policy

All participants will receive confirmation of their registration via email.

 

Conference Cancellation Policy

Cancellations requested by Feb 16: Full refund of conference registration fee minus $50 administrative fee, or full future credit to be used by August 31,2025.

Cancellations requested between Feb 17 - Mar 1: 50% refund of conference registration fee or 50% future credit less $50 administrative fee to be used by August 31, 2025. Please contact NCURA for cancellation request.

Cancellations requested after March 1st are non-refundable.

 

Bulk Package Cancellation Policy

Full Bulk Package cancellations can be made online or in writing and must be received to the NCURA office according to the above Cancellation Schedule. Fax and telephone cancellation requests cannot be accepted. An administrative fee of $50 will be assessed for full bulk package cancellations. If a partial refund for your bulk package is requested due to decrease in registrants from your institution, it must be received by the above Cancellation Schedule. Partial refund requests for bulk packages will assess a $50 administrative fee/registration, as well as an additional fee for any price differences from ineligibility of the special bulk rate. For example: If you purchased a bulk package for 5 registrations and request a cancellation for 1 registration included in your package, your refund amount will be deducted any additional registration fees you would have assessed if you purchased 4 individual registrations.

 

Conference Workshop Cancellation Policy

To cancel or modify a conference workshop, please contact NCURA for further instructions. A $25 fee will be assessed per conference workshop cancellation. Please see the above cancellation schedule for refund policy. Questions? Contact Julianne Garback, garback@ncura.edu.

 

Substitution/Transfer Policy

Participants unable to attend may transfer their registration to another individual with prior notice to NCURA. For a registration transfer, please contact Julianne Garback, garback@ncura.edu. Transfer requests are to be received by March 1, 2025.

 

Recording and Copying of Presentations is Strictly Prohibited

No individual or entity may electronically record or broadcast any portion of the 2025 Financial Research Administration Conference. Unauthorized recording (audio, video, still photography, etc.) of presentations during the sessions, workshops or discussions is strictly prohibited. In addition, the unauthorized copying, sharing or distribution of NCURA copyrighted electronic 2025 Financial Research Administration Conference material is also strictly prohibited. Thank you for your cooperation as NCURA provides this training opportunity.

 

Photography

By registering for the 2025 FRA Conference and it's associated events, you agree to allow NCURA to use your photo and/or video footage of you in NCURA related publications, materials, websites, or promotions.
