Whether you're a seasoned runner or prefer a brisk walk, this event is designed to bring together participants of all fitness levels. 6:20 - 6:35 am Zumba with Gil Tran, Attain Partners
6:35 - 6:50 am Kickboxing with Roseann Luongo, Huron
6:50 - 7:00 am Cool Down Yoga Stretching with Tara Bishop, NCURA
Whether this is your first Zumba/Kick Boxing experience, or you are an expert, this workout is for you and our yoga stretching at the end is also for everyone.
