NCURA App

The 27th Annual FRA Conference is LIVE in the NCURA App! Search "NCURA" in the App Store, Google Play, or access through the QR Code. Available for iOS and Android.

The NCURA App has a Web Version

Access the NCURA App and download your handouts directly to your computer or tablet. Your login is the same as your NCURA login. https://ncura.clowder.com/webapp/

Connect with Colleagues – QR Hub!

Meet someone new at the conference?
Apple users, open up your "QR Hub" located on the menu bar at the bottom of the app, and click the "Scan QR code" button. When you do this, you can then save the person to your phone contacts, or keep them in your "Saved Cards" list in your app for future use!
For Android, find this feature when you click the menu at the top left, then select "QR Hub".

App Pro Tips

To create your conference schedule, click the calendar icon and choose "add session," "add to phone calendar," or both! Once you add your session(s), it will appear in your "scheduled" sessions list. The "scheduled" button is located at the top of the agenda page, along with "date," "past sessions," "tracks," etc. (you may have to scroll to see the "scheduled" button.
When the conference concludes, make sure to select "Past" on the top of the events screen to access the 27th Financial Research Administration Conference and materials in your app.
Handouts will be posted under the "Additional Information" section within each Concurrent session as they are received.
Android Users: Be sure to give the NCURA app permission to download files.

Workshops

Workshop participants: your materials, workshop locations, handouts and information will be emailed directly to you this week. Be sure to save the email you receive as workshop room locations are not posted in the conference app or on public signage at the Puerto Rico Convention Center. If you would like a paper copy of your handouts, you can print these from the links provided before you depart for San Juan!

Comfort and Ease Onsite

  • Attire: Attendees are encouraged to wear business casual attire that reflects their personal style. Dress to learn, to network, to be comfortable and to enjoy the conference!
  • As meeting room temperatures vary you may want to bring a sweater or jacket with you as well as a bag to carry your things. In case it rains, consider bringing an umbrella as well.
  • Consider bringing a reusable water bottle.

Parking Information
Attendees can use the parking lot on either side of the venue. The daily parking at the Puerto Rico Convention Center is $15.00 which can be paid directly at the information center located on the first floor of the building. If not, attendees can pay the hourly rate at the parking machine which is $4.00 + $2.50 each additional hour.

Attendee Welcome Reception - Join us, Thursday, March 19th, Puerto Rico Convention Center, Ballroom AB Foyer and Ocean View Terrace , level 3 from 5:00 to 5:45pm! Enjoy hors d'oeuvres and get acquainted with your fellow colleagues. Your badge is your entrance ticket to this, and all events for the FRA Conference!

Fitness Trifecta - Friday, March 20th
Join Gil Tran, Attain Partners; Roseann Luongo, Huron; and Tara Bishop, NCURA, for a fitness workout (Zumba, Kickboxing and Yoga Stretch) Friday, 6:15am Puerto Rico Convention Center, Mezzanine Suite, level 2. The Puerto Rico Convention Center does not have workout towels. If you wish to have one available for the workout, please bring a towel from your hotel room.

Lactation Room

A lactation lounge is available, Puerto Rico Convention Center, level 1 in the designated Mother's room. Please visit the Information Center, level 1 of the Puerto Rico Convention Center, for access.

Work Lounge

Need a place to work during the conference? Grab your laptop and visit our Work Lounge located in Chrysler Conference Room, level 1, Puerto Rico Convention Center.

Quiet Space

Come unwind in the midst of an energizing conference and recharge in our Quiet Space, located in room 211, level 2, Puerto Rico Convention Center and is available throughout the conference. This is a laptop and phone-free zone to support restoration for all.

Meditation, Prayer, and Silent Reflection Space

This space provides a quiet and respectful experience for moments of reflection during the conference. This room will be available in room 205, level 2, Puerto Rico Convention Center.

Individual Session Evaluations in the App!

You can now evaluate the 2026 FRA education sessions you attend directly in the app. Click on the session you attended, scroll down past the "Details" and "Speakers" and you will see "Surveys." Complete the 3 questions and submit by pressing "submit."
App Tip - You can submit one survey per session so wait until the end of the session to share your feedback!

NCURA Care Program

Join us as we leave our impact in San Juan, Puerto Rico, by bringing unused travel size hygiene items packed in your carry on/luggage to help NCURA make hygiene kits to donate. The items can be dropped off at the NCURA Membership booth, Puerto Rico Convention Center, Ballroom AB Foyer, level 3.
Travel size: soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, disposable razors, and sanitizers. Please contact Audrey Nwosu at nwosu@ncura.edu if you have any questions.

NCURA is offering conference participants one certificate to earn during the conference!

CPE credits

CEU credits

All FRA Conference participants will be able to download CEUs from your NCURA dashboard starting April 27, 2026. The "clock hours" and units will be reflected on the transcript based on your registration, no form is needed. Additional information can be found here.
