Do I have to be an NCURA member in order to attend the 62nd Annual Meeting Virtual Experience?
No. This year's Annual Meeting has rates available for the full Research Community! A current membership is not required to attend the virtual experience.
How does the bulk pricing work?
When an NCURA member purchases the Bulk Member Package, 5 registrants from their Institution receives a 10% discount off the member rate whether the 5 individuals are an NCURA member or not!
When an NCURA Non-Member purchases the Bulk Non-Member Package, 5 registrants from their Institution receive a 10% discount off the Non-Member rate! (If you have an NCURA member on your team, have them purchase the package so everyone can enjoy the NCURA Member rate!)
NCURA will follow up with the purchaser of the package to get the contact information for the 5 registrants and confirm if they would like to add a workshop. NCURA will bill you for any additional workshops added. Questions? Contact Krystal Kirkland at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How will I receive access to the virtual experience platform?
You will be receiving your login link for the 62nd Annual Meeting Virtual Experience one week prior to the conference.
Can I record any of the sessions from the Annual Meeting Virtual Experience?
No individual or entity may electronically record or broadcast any portion of the 62nd Annual Meeting. Unauthorized recording (audio, video, still photography, etc.) of presentations during the sessions, workshops or discussions is strictly prohibited. In addition, the unauthorized copying, sharing or distribution of NCURA copyrighted electronic 62nd Annual Meeting material is also strictly prohibited. Thank you for your cooperation as NCURA provides this online training opportunity.
Do I have to register for the full conference in order to attend a pre-conference workshop?
Yes, you must register for the full conference in order to attend an Annual Meeting pre-conference workshop.
I registered for the incorrect pre-conference workshop. Am I able to switch?
The answer is absolutely - we are happy to switch your registration, if we have availability. Please contact our registrar, Krystal Kirkland, email@example.com.
I am already registered for the conference, how can I add a conference workshop to my registration?

- First, Log-in using your ID (your e-mail address) and password.
- Then go to “My Dashboard” at the top of the screen.
- Select “My Event Registrations” from the “Events” section. Click “Edit” for the event you want to modify.
- Credit Card payment is needed at the time of the transaction.
Can I transfer my conference registration to another person at my institution?
Certainly and there is no administrative fee to do so. You just need to e-mail Krystal Kirkland, at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to transfer your registration to another party. Please note that there may be a price difference in registration.
