 General Registration Questions

Conference/Conference Workshop Cancellation Policy:

Full Conference cancellations can be made online or in writing and must be received at the NCURA office by February 7, 2020. Email, fax and telephone cancellation requests cannot be accepted. An administrative fee of $50 will be assessed for conference cancellations. To cancel or modify a conference workshop, please contact NCURA for further instructions. A $25 fee will be assessed per conference workshop cancellation. Cancellations and no-shows received after February 7, 2020 are not eligible for refunds.

Substitutions: Participants unable to attend may transfer their registration to another individual with prior notice to NCURA. There is no fee for equal transfers. If you are a member transferring to a non-member, you will be invoiced for the difference in member vs non-member pricing. Please note that membership dues are not transferable. The request must be made via email to kirkland@ncura.edu and include the following information for the new registrant:

  • Name
  • Job Title
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Any dietary needs / physical accommodations required
