Staying Fit at the Conference

Chair Yoga For All, Monday, March 6 1:00-2:15pm
Yoga can be very effective in developing coping skills and reaching a more positive outlook on life. Join us as we incorporate breathing, meditation and gentle movement to come back to our spirit, release our stress, and center ourselves in wellness and balance. Details of this event will be listed in the program and the event app.
