NCURA App

The 67th Annual Meeting event will be available in the NCURA App next week! Search “NCURA” in your App Store or access through the QR Code. Workshop participants, your materials, workshop location, and information will be emailed directly to you on Monday, August 4th.

Connect with Colleagues – New QR Hub!

Meet someone new at the conference? Open up your "QR Hub" located on the menu bar at the bottom of the app, and click the "Scan QR code" button. When you do this, you can then save the person to your phone contacts, or keep them in your "Saved Cards" list in your app for future use!

Add your selections to “My Agenda” and create your personal schedule!
When the conference concludes, make sure to select “Past” on the top of the events screen to access the conference and materials in your app.
Handouts will be posted under the “Files” section within each Concurrent session as they are received.

1. Attire: Attendees are encouraged to wear business casual attire that reflects their personal style. Dress to learn, to network, to be comfortable, and to enjoy the conference!
2. As meeting room temperatures vary, you may want to bring a sweater or jacket along with a bag to carry your things. In case of rain, consider bringing an umbrella as well.
3. Consider bringing a reusable water bottle.

Attendees are encouraged to show off their school pride by wearing their institution's apparel!

NCURA is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and accessible environment for all. Through continuous improvement and active engagement with our community, we strive to create a space where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered to participate fully. Learn more here.

Each participant will receive a passport book that includes the exhibitor logos and booth numbers. Participants can visit each exhibiting company and obtain a stamp on the corresponding page of their passport book. Once all stamps have been collected, the passports can be deposited into a raffle drum located at the NCURA Concierge desk (International Terrace, Terrace Level). Participants who complete their passports are eligible to win a complimentary registration for FRA or PRA 2026 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and a $100 Amex Gift Card. The winner will be drawn at the Tuesday Night Family Reunion Party. You must be present to win!

Certificate Program

Earn a certificate in one of the Annual Meeting tracks by attending a session in that track for 7 out of the 11 time slots. Submission details and deadlines can be found here.

CPE credits

CEU credits

NCURA will provide CEUs for the 67th Annual Meeting and Workshops for all participants, based on your registration. We will notify you in September when your CEUs are available on your NCURA Member Dashboard.
