Magazine Contributing Editor

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
The NCURA Magazine keeps the membership informed of news and items of interest within NCURA, and in the field of research administration.

DURATION: One year, with possible second year reappointment.

    1. Function of Position – Contributing Editors of the Magazine are responsible for one article per magazine (5 issues per year) on a topic coinciding with their particular area of expertise, including assigning articles to authors (members and/or non-members of NCURA), review of articles, and overseeing deadlines for article submission to the Co-Editors
    1. Essential Duties and Responsibilities & % of Time Devoted – Approximately 8 hours per issue.
    1. Qualifications/Requirements – Knowledge of research administration issues and current topics within their area of expertise.
    1. Training and Support – Extensive support is available from the NCURA staff.
