National Office
The Council maintains an Office located in Washington, D.C. The NCURA staff coordinates activities of the Council, facilitates communications among its members and, in general, serves the membership.
Publications
The NCURA Magazine, published five times a year, will keep you up-to-date on current issues, features topics of particular interest to research administrators and highlights NCURA's activities Nationally and Regionally. A calendar of events is published and announcements of position openings are advertised in each issue.
The online NCURA Directory is a listing of all current members that’s updated daily. In addition to an alphabetical listing of individual members, the directory lists each member by region.
The NCURA journal, Research Management Review, discusses the broad range of issues affecting the administration of research, and is published online with new articles throughout the year.
Additional books and training materials that deal with certain aspects of research administration are published and made available to the membership at a discounted rate.

Position Openings are announced in the NCURA Magazine and in the NCURA Career Center.
Meetings
The Annual Meeting of the Council, held in Washington, D.C. (in August) is an opportunity for research administrators to discuss and exchange ideas on research policies and problems.
Regional Meetings are held throughout the country by each Region once a year, however Region I (New England) have additional meetings in the Boston area. These meetings provide an opportunity to discuss topics of mutual interest emphasizing approaches undertaken by regional colleagues.
Other conferences on topics of special interest are held throughout the year in various locations and are listed on the Calendar page.
