Glenda Bullock currently serves as the Manager of Business Operations, Department of Hematology at Washington University School of Medicine.  She is responsible for the overall financial management of the Division, including strategic and space planning, personnel management, administration of all research grants, contracts, clinical studies and the management of the Division’s clinical practice activities.  She is also responsible for the day to day management of the Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program, Physician Scientist Training Program and a large T-32 training grant.  She has served on numerous University committees related to research administration, compliance and training.

Prior to her tenure in Hematology, Glenda spent six years as the Contracts & Grants Manager in the Research Office where she was responsible for negotiation and administration of contracts and subcontracts for the University. She also received valuable experience as the Research Services Coordinator at the University of Missouri-Rolla where she was responsible for all research proposal submission, award acceptance, and research contract negotiations for the Rolla Campus. Her broad knowledge of research administration from both the central and departmental perspective is invaluable in the training of new administrators and in writing new policies and procedures while on university committees.
