Last year the FRA conference attracted over 600 attendees from around the country, representing universities, colleges, teaching hospitals and research institutes.
Each year the FRA conference attendee lists consists of individuals who are decision makers and influencers, who are from different areas of expertise, such as Finance and Accounting offices, Offices of Sponsored Programs, Post-Award Administration, Office of Research and Support, Pre-Award Administration, Office of Grants and Contracts and many more! FRA 2012 Booth Pricing:
One 8 x 10 exhibit space: $1,390
One exhibit space allows for up to 3 exhibitors.
As an Exhibitor you will Receive:
- One 8 x 10 exhibit space
- Your organization’s logo and name will appear in the FRA 2012 program and website to let attendees know you will be exhibiting with us this year.
- Exhibitors will have the opportunity to highlight your organization’s services in a brief description that will be included in the Exhibitor Guide which will be sent out to FRA 2012 attendees.
- Valuable face-to-face contact with potential customers!
General Information
- Space locations will be confirmed and sent to registered exhibitors by mid February.
- Set up time will be Monday, March 26th from 2:00 – 4:30 pm.
- Tear down time will be Wednesday, March 28th from 3:45 – 5:00 pm
