Todd Guttman is Associate Vice President for Research Compliance and adjunct professor of law at The Ohio State University. In this role, Todd helps coordinate research compliance activities across the university. Todd also chairs the institution-wide compliance officer's committee and is a member of the enterprise risk management committee. Prior to joining the University, Todd represented small and medium sized businesses and technology start-up companies in transactional corporate, health care and intellectual property matters. Todd's 20 years in research administration, research law, clinical and basic science research, and clinical practice also include being a full-time faculty member, clinician and researcher in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Guttman has also served as Associate Director of Emergency Medicine and Acute Care Services at the USAF Medical Center Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.
