Tim Reuter is the Associate Director Post Award Operations at Stanford University. Previously he was at Boston University for two years and the University of Cincinnati for 17 years. Responsibilities have included post-award financial administration, facilities and administrative rate and fringe benefit rate calculations and negotiations, training in research administration, service centers and effort reporting.

Tim joined NCURA in 1990 and has been the Administrative Representative for the Federal Demonstration Partnership (FDP). Tim has provided training for members of NCURA at national and regional meetings and several universities across the country. Tim received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and has been a licensed CPA since 1983.
