Bob Lowman is Associate Vice Chancellor for Research and Research Professor of Psychology at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His career in research administration spans 30 years, the majority spent as director of a central office providing pre-award services. Bob earned his bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of Southern California and his Ph.D. in psychology from Claremont Graduate School. He is past president of the Society of Psychologists in Management. He currently serves on the NCURA Board of Directors. He has presented a dozen national workshops at NCURA, appeared twice on NCURA TV, has been co-editor of the NCURA magazine and has served on the NCURA Professional Development Committee.
