Robert Andresen is the Assistant Director of Post-Award Services in the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has been involved in sponsored projects administration for over 23 years. He and his staff are responsible for all areas of financial and non-financial post-award administration including financial reporting, invoicing, financial compliance, sub-award negotiation and monitoring, close-out, and audit. In addition, he is involved in the development and negotiation of the University's F&A and fringe benefit rates.

Bob has been a member of NCURA for over 13 years. He has presented workshops and sessions at both national and regional meetings and served on the Financial Management Committee. He is a past faculty member for NCURA's Fundamentals of Sponsored Project Administration Workshop and is currently a NCURA Peer Reviewer and faculty for NCURA's Financial Research Administration Workshop. Robert was a previous member of the Region IV Board of Directors and currently serves as a member of the NCURA National Board of Directors. He also is a participant in the Federal Demonstration Partnership.

Bob received his MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
