Dr. Paula Roberts is a seasoned research administrator whose career spans over twenty years in sponsored research and grants and contracts administration. She has held prior research administration positions at Western Michigan University, Emory University, and Morehouse School of Medicine. Paula holds a Ph.D. in Evaluation, Measurement and Research, a Masters in Public Health and a Masters in Business Administration. She is an active member of the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA) and the Society of Research Administrators (SRA), among other professional affiliations and has often served as a presenter and facilitator for a number of workshops and concurrent sessions at both NCURA and SRA regional and national conferences. Since joining the University of Oregon as Associate Vice President for Research and Director of the Office of Research Services and Administration in 2007, the ever evolving world of sponsored programs and grants and contracts administration continues to foster Paula's passion in this dynamic and challenging area of responsibility.
