Pam Whitlock is the former Director of the Office of Sponsored Programs at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, a predominately undergraduate institution. Recently retired, she served as director for 14 years and the grants officer for 10. She earned her BS in Management and her MBA at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She now serves as a consultant to PUI and Minority Serving Institutions on policies, procedures and compliance.

Pam is currently the Chair of NCURA's Nominating and Leadership Development Committee and served NCURA as President in 2007. She chaired the annual meeting program committee in 2006 as Vice President. She has served on the Board of Directors under both the new governance and old, as well as on the PDC. Regionally, Pam has been active for many years, serving on various program committees, Chair of Region III, Secretary-Treasurer of Region III, and has presented at the national and regional level for nearly twenty years. She was the co-recipient of Region III's initial Senior Service Award in 2004. She was selected as a Peer to Peer reviewer and is a former Fundamentals Faculty member. Pam has been a member of NCURA for more than 20 years.
