M. Jeremy Trybulski is a Policy Manager at the University of California, Office of the President. He has worked in this UC office for 19 years and previously in the Office of Sponsored Research Administration at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Jeremy provides policy guidance to the ten UC campuses and assists Contract and Grant Officers in negotiating complex intellectual property clauses in research agreements with a particular focus on industry, non profit charitable foundation sponsored research awards (IP and non IP issues), material transfer agreements, and visiting scientist agreements. Jeremy is an active member of NCURA. Jeremy holds an M.S in Psychology from California State University, East Bay and currently is studying to obtain his Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) license from the State of California.
