Jennifer Hubert is a Director in the Health and Education Consulting Practice of Huron Consulting Group. She has over twelve years of experience assisting higher education and healthcare organizations. Prior to re-joining Huron, Jennifer was the Effort Reporting Project Manager at Northwestern University, where she led the implementation of a new effort reporting system, developed and implemented comprehensive policies and procedures on effort reporting, and conducted numerous education sessions for faculty, administrators and university executives on both policy and system areas.
Jennifer currently works with a wide range of clients to review and improve the administrative operations of higher education institutions, assess institutions' compliance with federal and other applicable regulations, and conduct analyses to assist institutions with strategic decision-making. She has a particular focus in the area of effort reporting, with experience ranging from performing targeted reviews of institution's effort reporting processes to analyzing and providing input on select areas of effort reporting policy and procedure.
Jennifer has been involved with NCURA for over ten years, serving as a frequent speaker on effort reporting, and other research compliance-related topics at NCURA national and regional meetings, in addition to the annual Financial Research Administration conference. She holds a bachelor's degree in International Business from Louisiana State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
