Jamie Caldwell currently serves as Director, Office of Research Services for the Health Sciences, Loyola University Chicago at the Medical Center.

Jamie has been involved in Research Administration for more than twenty-five years and began his career at the University of Chicago in the Division of Biological Sciences, where he held a number of positions from, Grants Coordinator, Grants Administrator, Manager of Restricted Funds and Executive Administrator.

Jamie joined NCURA in 1988, and has been active at both the regional and national levels. Jamie was Chair elect and Chair of Region IV in 1996 and 1997. Jamie was also a member of the Executive Committee and Regional Board of Directors from 1995-2002. He also has served on the National Board of Directors and was Co-Chair of 2004 Annual Meeting Program Committee; Co-Chair of 2008, Region IV Spring Meeting Program. Jamie has served as Workshop Faculty and Presenter at many NCURA meetings, both regionally and nationally. Jamie is the recipient of the 2000, Region IV, Distinguished Service Award and the 2007, National, Distinguished Service Award.

Jamie received his B.A. at Chicago State University, and M.B.A. from Loyola University Chicago.
