Cordell Overby is the Associate Provost for Research at the University of Delaware and Professor of Engineering. He is a mechanical-design engineer with extensive industry and university experience. He is currently a board member of the Council on Governmental Relations (COGR), and has been an active member of NCURA for almost twenty years. Cordell previously served as the senior assistant vice president for regulatory affairs and the senior vice president for research services in the Office of the Vice President for Research & Graduate Studies at Michigan State University (MSU) for 16 years.
