Ben Prince is the Administrator for the Meyers Primary Care Institute and the Division of Geriatric Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. His primary responsibilities as Administrator of the Meyers Primary Institute include oversight of all phases of administration, finance and research administration. His primary responsibilities as Administrator of the Division of Geriatric Medicine include planning and managing the administrative and business affairs of a Division whose mission include; research, education, and clinical activities. His prior experience includes serving as the Administrator for the Division of Pediatric Immunology, and as a Grant Accountant at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
Ben has been involved in research administration at the department level for more than twenty years. He has been a member of NCURA since 1996 and has been active at both the regional and national levels. He has served as Chair of Region 1, participated in numerous regional program and advisory committees, and was the recipient of the 2007 Region 1 Merit Award. Ben has also served on the NCURA Board of Directors, been a contributing editor to the NCURA Magazine, served as an advisor in the Leadership Development Institute, and served as a member of the AM52 program committee.
