Aimee is the Assistant Director for Finance in the Center for Advanced Study of Language (CASL) at the University of Maryland, College Park, managing a multi-million dollar federal contract budget which includes overseeing the administration of subawards with universities and corporations. She has a BS in Accounting and a MS in Management Accounting and Finance. Having worked for the University of Maryland, College Park since 1997 she began her career as a post award accountant with the Office of Contract and Grant Accounting and in 2003 moved to the departmental side of research administration to help establish CASL. As a member of NCURA for more than 9 years, she has served as a panelist on numerous concurrent sessions at national meetings and has been a workshop faculty on subjects such as the OMB Circulars, Subaward Administration and Departmental Administration. In addition, she teaches several courses in the nationally recognized University of Maryland's Research Administration Certificate Program.
