This workshop will take participants deeper into the intricacies of federal contracting to examine issues that come into play after the contract has been executed by the institution. Topics covered will include: applicability of OMB Circulars to contracts; often overlooked reporting and prior approval requirements; dealing with stop-work and termination; issues associated with being a federal subcontractor; contract disputes and privity. Participants will also delve into a number of timely issues, including the revised "super" clauses on property and patent rights, and FFATA reporting requirements as implemented for contracts.
