The Research Administrators' Cookbook

Dear Colleagues:

NCURA has a long-standing reputation for helping others less fortunate.  In recent years, we have sponsored fundraising activities at our Annual and Regional Meetings and national conferences, and our members have stepped up to the plate with open hearts and generous spirits.

THE COOKBOOK:  To continue this tradition, and to add a bit of fun, this year we will publish and sell The Research Administrators’ Cookbook with proceeds going to the not-for-profit organization Feeding America.  And the region with the most members submitting recipes will receive a special acknowledgement in the cookbook!

THE CALL:  The submission deadline is September 27th so, as you can see, you need to “get cookin” and send in your recipes to recipes@ncura.edu.  Recipes from all research administrators (non-NCURA members, too) are welcome.

THE COMPETITION:  The Washington Hilton, seen this season on BRAVO’s Top Chef, will provide a panel of judges, including Executive Chef Andre Cote, that will help us select first place winners in each of our four categories:  Appetizer, Entrée, Side Dish, Dessert.  The winners will be announced and receive a prize at our Tuesday Luncheon.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Please submit your entry (one recipe per submission) to recipes@ncura.edu  with the following information:
