Workshop Fees
- Half Day Workshop: $100
- Full Day Workshop: $200
The workshop registration fee includes lunch on the day of your workshop. Please Note: The NIH & NSF Workshops will be held onsite at the Marriott on Tuesday, October 20, 2009. All other workshop sessions will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2009.
The registration fee includes the Wednesday evening banquet, Thursday continental breakfast, concurrent sessions and lunch, Friday continental breakfast, concurrent sessions, lunch, the Friday "TGIF" event, Saturday buffet breakfast, and sessions.
Pre-registration has closed, we look forward to seeing in Washington. Onsite registration begins Tuesday, 10/20 at 4pm.
Confirmation Policy
All registrants will receive written confirmation/receipt of registration via e-mail.
Meeting/Workshop Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and received at the NCURA office by October 5, 2009. Fax, e-mail and telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. Cancellations after October 5, 2009 and no-shows are not eligible for refunds. An administrative fee of $50 will be assessed for the meeting. An administrative fee of $25 will be assessed per workshop cancellation.
Your Badge for the 51st Annual Meeting – Please read before you complete your registration
Your badge for the 51st Annual Meeting will be mailed to you! Your badge is your entrance ticket to all NCURA sessions, events and meals for the 51st Annual Meeting.
During the registration process, there is a field for you to put in your "Nic" name. If your proper name is Stephen, and your familiar name is Steve, you would put Steve in your "nic" name field and leave Stephen in your first name field.
If you would like your badge mailed to an alternate address, please fill out the "alternate address to mail your badge to" section on the registration form.
