Tracey Fraser is currently Senior Director of Cost Studies and Financial Compliance at the California Institute of Technology. During her 10 years at Caltech, Tracey has been involved in many aspects of post award administration including project accounting, property management, F&A rate preparation and negotiation, effort reporting, training program development and policy and process development. Prior to working at Caltech Tracey worked for KPMG Peat Marwick in their Higher Education practice. Tracey has presented at NCURA, SRA and WECA meetings. She is currently on the Faculty for NCURA Fundamentals. Tracey holdss a Bachelor of Law from Edinburgh University and also qualified as a Charted Accountant (Association of Charted Accountants of England and Wales).
