Tim Reuter is the Executive Director of Cost Compliance at Boston University. He has responsibility for post award accounting, effort reporting, the facilities and administrative rate and fringe benefit rate calculations and negotiations, moveable equipment inventory and training the university community in research administration. Previously he was at the University of Cincinnati for 17 years, the last 4 as Assistant Vice President, Sponsored Program Accounting. Responsibilities included the post-award administration, facilities and administrative rate and fringe benefit rate calculations and negotiations, service Centers and effort Reporting.

Tim joined NCURA in 1990 and was a member of the UC team for the Federal Demonstration Partnership (FDP). Tim has provided training for members of NCURA at national and regional meetings and several universities across the country. Tim received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and has been a licensed CPA since 1983.
