Randy Draper is the Director of Contracts and Grants at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Previously, he served as Director of Research Administration at Arizona State University, Director of Grant and Contract Services at Northern Arizona University, and Senior Assistant Director at Harvard University.

Randy holds Bachelor and Masters degrees from the University of Vermont and a Ph.D. in the Anthropology of Education from the University of Oregon. He often discusses contract negotiations and the relationship between universities and industry, most recently at the NCURA Region VI/VII spring conference and the Big XII conference.
