Pamela A. Webb is Associate Vice President for Research Administration at the University of Minnesota, with oversight responsibility for more than $600M of research at 5 campuses. A research administrator for 24 years, Pamela worked for sixteen years in the University of California system, as well as at Northwestern University and Stanford University before assuming her position at the University of Minnesota last year. At various times, her responsibilities have included pre-award, post-award, cost and management analysis, effort reporting, conflict of interest, and electronic systems.

Pamela's particular interests are in electronic research administration and subawards. Pamela is a past Secretary of NCURA and spent two terms on NCURA's Board of Directors as well as co-chaired one of NCURA's electronic research conferences.
