Helena Moynahan is the Manager, Contract and Grant Accounting, at the University of Maryland College Park. Helena leads the post award administration financial activities for sponsored projects. She joined the Office of Contract and Grant Accounting in 1997.

Helena is both a member of the National Association of College Cost Accountants (NACCA) and NCURA. She is the past treasurer for NCURA Region II. She teaches courses in the University of Maryland's Research Administration Certificate Program as well as training classes related to Sponsored Projects offered through the University's Personnel Office.
