NCURA - Leadership Development Institute

What is the Leadership Development Institute (LDI)?

NCURA reviews and evaluates each of our activities to ensure they still meet the needs of our current and long-term strategic plans and of our members. LDI was reviewed in 2009, resulting in a transitional class for 2010 of both traditional students beginning their leadership journey and more experienced NCURA members already engaged. Since its inception in 2003, LDI has turned out a number of leaders, both regionally and nationally. NCURA is now in the planning process for an executive leadership experience program, targeting members who have regional leadership experience and developing leaders for NCURA at the national level. The N&LDC will be looking to NCURA’s regional officers and current/past national leaders for nominations to the 2011 program.
